About the Owner

We're a family of three from Middle Tennessee who love to travel and experience places like locals do! From bobsledding and skiing to mountain biking, hiking, and catching live music or comedy shows—we’re always chasing fun and new adventures. 30A has stolen our hearts with its laid-back vibe, gorgeous beaches, and incredible food. Some of our favorite spots include grabbing tacos and margaritas at Taco Bar, browsing the local vendors at Seaside’s Farmers Market, and watching the sunset from Bud & Alley’s rooftop. We love hosting because it allows us to share the places we enjoy most with others. Creating a comfortable, welcoming space where guests can make their own lasting memories is truly rewarding for us.
